2024-25 Capital Improvement Program
The Humboldt Community Services District Board of Directors approves an annual Capital Improvement Plan that details the cost and scheduling for the anticipated capital projects and expenditures for a five year period. The current Capital Improvement Plan begins in Fiscal Year 2024-25 and ends in Fiscal Year 2028-29. The plan also includes less detailed projections for anticipatable expenditures to the ten and twenty-year planning horizon.
